1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and Postbing ("Postbing", "we", "us"). By creating an account, installing the Postbing app for Shopify or the Postbing plugin for WordPress, or otherwise using the service at postbing.com, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Postbing on behalf of a company, you confirm that you can bind that company to these Terms.
2. The service
Postbing analyzes the websites you add, researches search results, plans a content calendar, writes articles and landing pages with the help of third-party AI models and search data, creates images, and publishes the results to the sites you connect (WordPress, Shopify or a webhook endpoint of your choice). Optional modules include programmatic SEO pages and a lead form whose submissions appear in your Postbing inbox. We may add, change or retire features over time; where a change materially reduces what you pay for, we will tell you before it takes effect.
3. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done under your account, including by team members you invite. Tell us at once at abhishek@baclinc.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Your sites and your authorization to publish
You may only connect websites and stores that you own or are authorized to manage. By connecting a site you authorize Postbing to create, update and schedule content on it using the credentials or app permissions you grant (for WordPress, the plugin site key; for Shopify, the content permissions you approve when you install the app). You can withdraw that authorization at any time by disconnecting the site, deactivating the plugin or uninstalling the app.
5. AI-generated content: you are the publisher
Postbing drafts content with AI. Drafts can contain errors, outdated facts, or statements that do not apply to your business. Where a fact could not be verified, the draft marks it with a {{verify: ...}} placeholder. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is published (or for choosing an automatic publishing mode, in which case you accept that content goes live without your review), for its accuracy and legality, and for complying with advertising, consumer-protection and professional rules that apply to you. Postbing does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads or revenue.
6. Your content and licences
You own the information you give us (site details, brand voice, instructions) and the articles, pages and images the service produces for you, to the extent permitted by law. You grant Postbing a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, process, display and transmit that content solely to operate the service for you. We do not use your content to train AI models, and our AI providers process it under API terms that likewise exclude training. Images are generated for your use; you are responsible for how you use them, including trademarks or likenesses they may resemble.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use Postbing to publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, infringing, hateful or harmful; to spam, cloak or otherwise violate the policies of search engines or of the platforms you publish to; to reverse engineer, scrape, overload or interfere with the service; or to share accounts to evade plan limits. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach this section.
8. The Postbing app for Shopify
The app is installed from the Shopify App Store and runs under Shopify's Partner Program Agreement in addition to these Terms. On install you approve the app's permissions, which are limited to reading and writing your online store's blog articles and pages. The app runs inside your Shopify admin and makes no changes to your theme. If you use a Postbing lead form on your store, submissions from your storefront are collected on your behalf and belong to you. Plans for stores that installed the app are billed through Shopify's billing system and appear on your Shopify bill. Uninstalling the app ends the subscription; Shopify then asks us to erase the store's data, which we do (see the Privacy Policy).
9. Plans, payment and renewal
Postbing includes one free article before you choose a paid plan. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe, or through Shopify's billing system for stores that installed the Shopify app. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. Plan limits (articles, sites, team seats) are shown on the pricing page; programmatic SEO pages count against your article allowance. Prices exclude taxes, which are added where required. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; the new price applies from your next renewal after the notice period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
10. Cancellation and termination
You can cancel at any time from the Billing page (Stripe) or from your Shopify admin (Shopify billing). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and your published content stays on your sites. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if you do not pay amounts due. On termination your access ends and we delete your data under the retention schedule in the Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual property
Postbing, its logo, software, design and documentation belong to Postbing and its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. These Terms give you a limited, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer any ownership. WordPress and Shopify are trademarks of their respective owners, and Postbing is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
12. Third-party services
The service relies on third parties (hosting, AI models, search data, payment processors, the platforms you publish to). Their availability and terms are outside our control; their processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Your use of WordPress or Shopify remains subject to those platforms' own terms.
13. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that generated content will be accurate or suitable for any purpose.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Postbing will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service. Our aggregate liability for all claims is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the extent permitted.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Postbing and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents from claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from content published through your account, your use of the service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section removes protections you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes we will email account holders and update the date at the top of this page at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
